What are the benefits in registering as an applicant? The first and foremost important benefit to registered applicants is the fact that you can create your own property portfolio. Bearing in mind that our website offers a large number of properties at different price ranges and areas, it is safe to assume that some of the properties listed here will not match your buying requirements. Creating your own portfolio will enable you to StreamLine the site to your own requirements creating a 'mini customised' website containing ONLY properties you find suitable. Furthermore, our automated listing system will send you an update of the latest properties matching your requirement guide and you will therefore be notified of suitable properties on the same day they have been added to the site. Once you have registered, you will be able to return to the site at any time, log-in using your user name and password and immediately be transferred to your own 'mini customised' website. You can then add, edit, review and delete any properties in your portfolio and please note that once you are logged in and viewing your property portfolio, the system will automatically recognise you by your name. How do I add properties to my portfolio? When you search for a property you will find Add To My Portfoliobutton for each one of the properties displayed. Simply click this button and the particular property will automatically be added to your 'mini customised' site and can be viewed at any time by clicking on the button titled My Portfolio near the top of all pages. Where do I register as a user? To register, go to http://www.statons.com/NewApplicant.php and simply enter your details, once completed, click the Register button at the bottom of the page. You will then need to choose a password in order to keep your details secure, simply type the password in the 2 boxes provided, click the button and you are registered. Are all properties listed on this website? No! Not all properties are listed on this website. There are several property listings which are only available by post. To receive this listing, simply complete our online Buyer Registration Form. You can get the form by selecting it from the top navigation menu under Properties for Sale. How often does the website get updated? The website is updated several times a day. As a matter of fact, there are over 10 members of the Statons team updating the site throughout the day 6 days a week. What are Unlisted Properties? For various reasons, some properties are kept Unlisted. That doesn't go to say that you cannot view these properties but you may have to contact us by telephone in order to ensure that you receive all property listings matching your requirements, Listed or Unlisted. How do I search for a property in a specific location? Our website is Database Driven and you can therefore search for a property using different search criteria. In order to search for a property by location, simply go to the property search page (Find a Property) located near the top of all pages then select from the various search options provided and click Find my Property. What do I do once I have found a property I am interested in? When you have found a property you would like to view, simply click on the button titled Request Viewing, this will 'pop-up' a small page allowing you to select a date and time you would like to view the property. You must be a registered user and be logged into our system in order to take advantage of this feature. You can also request for a member of our team to call you; no registration required for this feature and it is available on all property pages on the Statons website. How often will I receive property listings by post? We post our property listings 2-3 times per week. Please remember that properties are added to our portfolio regularly and we will always keep you informed of new listings until you find a suitable property. How often will I receive property listings by email? Every time a new and suitable property is added to our database, our system will automatically send you an update of the latest properties added to our database. What is the price range of properties you offer? Statons Estate Agents LLP is known for selling properties from Cottages to Country Estates ranging from £150,000 to £7,000,000 and sometimes even more. What shall I do if I have a property for sale? If you are selling a property, go to http://www.statons.com/searchproperty.php and then click the Want To Sell? Button. This will enable you to register your details and once you have completed and sublited the form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange the valuation.
