To protect both you and the landlord there are administration procedures that must be followed as part of the rental process.
We have outsourced independent specialists who carry out these procedures for us.
This means that in addition to the monthly rent and the security deposit you will be required to pay their charges once we
have found you a home to rent.

Guarantor referencing fee (if applicable) £72 (inclusive of VAT)
Extension and Renewal Documentation (if applicable) 1 person : £72 or 2 + people £42 per person (inclusive of VAT)

A Security Deposit will be taken before the tenancy can begin.
The sum of this deposit will depend on your circumstances but is normally equal to 6 weeks rent.
